As an Orangeville resident for the past ten years, I have enjoyed living here with my husband and raising our children in a small town.
I have volunteered extensively, including Parent Council, the Food Bank, OrangeThREADs, Town Committees and the Horticultural Society. I decided to run for Council because I have seen that in a small community, the hands of one person can make a difference.What I plan to bring to Council: a focus on Accessibility, Accountability and Responsible spending of your tax dollars.
Accessibility is particularly important to me, as my son has a Service Dog and there have been a variety of challenges in navigating in our community. I want to be a Councillor to focus on Accountable and Responsible decisions for this Town’s future.
My motto is Value Added. I bring you these things through all the experiences in my life and working for Orangeville.
