When you think local, you support our community, our neighbours, and our friends, like:

The Dufferin Board of Trade’s Open for Business Toolkits are now available for local businesses. Toolkits are free for current DBOT members, and available at a cost-recovery fee of $20 for other local businesses. These kits include a floor sticker from WDG Public Health, hand sanitizer from Rural Rescue, disposable masks from Giant Tiger, hand sanitizer from Shelburne Home Hardware, surface cleaner from Nitmoi Labs, a face shield from EasyShield, and an Open for Business sign from Print 3 Orangeville, as well as a resource sheet and directory listing of locally sourced PPE, and special offers and information from our sponsors.
The Toolkits are delivered by our team of volunteers, outfitted with Think Local face masks customized by Town Tees. When our volunteers deliver the kits, they will be taking photographs of the owner/employees of the business. These will be used in our social media campaign that focuses on how thinking local helps our neighbours, our friends, and our community and showcases the people in business in Dufferin so consumers can see the impact their local spending has in our community.
Sponsorships and PPE donations are still available to support this project. Please connect with us to find out more or request your kit!
