I am a 10 year resident of Orangeville.
I am very active in our local community. I built a seed library on my driveway. I volunteer weekly at the Foodbank. I am a member of two Town committees; Sustainable Orangeville and the Official Plan committee.
I have a diploma in Environmental Technology, a degree in Environmental Science and a graduate certification in Digital Geography and GIS.
I have been working for a municipal government for the past 15 years using my education to map the municipal infrastructure and maintain information about it. I also review construction drawings from developers for accuracy.
I am running for council because my passion for the town, along with education and experience will be an asset to the town. I understand the issues we face. I am passionate about preserving our environment and I want to help plan for sustainable growth.
