Orangeville is home to three generations of my family. My four children have grown up here. I don’t want them inheriting a town that feels less safe or more expensive every year.
My number one priority is taxes.
I served four years as councillor, then four years as mayor and county councillor. We have all had ENOUGH TAXES. When I was mayor I kept the police budget flat, without cutting service. Proof it can be done.
Homeless encampments have grown, and with them petty crime and streets that no longer feel safe. We can’t cure this by ignoring it. That helps no one, including those living outside. We must fix this, remove the camps and get people the treatment and housing they need.
I’m asking you to elect me to hold the line on taxes and make Orangeville a town where families feel safe and businesses can thrive.
