Allison Brown
Allison has been a registered nurse for over 30 years, caring for seniors, people with mental illness or living with complex medical conditions. Always looking to lead through service, she won many awards for excellence in community health nursing. She also served as the human rights and equity representative for the Ontario Nurses’ Association. She knows it takes courage for government to invest in health care for people, not profits.
Allison believes that people should not have to compromise when making health decisions. That’s why she’s fighting to improve our Medicare system and implement universal pharmacare. She also wants stronger environmental protection policies so that future generations can thrive.
Allison lives in the Peel region, with her husband and three children. You can find her volunteering for Break Free Family Center and other non-profit and sports organizations
