The Dufferin Board of Trade (DBOT) is a non-profit community building organization helping local businesses thrive in the Headwaters Region.
We are seeking to create an inventory of potential guest speakers, panelists, and experts for various events. We require speakers for Dufferin Women in Business events, Dufferin Young Professionals events, Lunch and Learn sessions, and other events.
As a non-profit, we are not in a position to compensate speakers monetarily for these events. Instead, we are looking to partner with local business leaders and experts and provide them with exposure and promotion in exchange for their time. These presentations are not self-promotion or sales tools, but give the speaker the opportunity to share his/her knowledge and expertise with an interested group of local business people.
