Diana Morris is the General Manager of the Dufferin Board of Trade (DBOT) and an Accredited Chamber Executive. She holds a diploma in Business-Marketing and a certificate in Human Resource Management from St. Clair College, and has completed several courses and certificate programs in finance and management. She is currently in the process of completing the Certificate in Economic Development program through the University of Waterloo.

Diana joined the DBOT team in early 2015 after deciding to relocate to Dufferin to purchase a farm and start tilling the “Hills of Mulmur” with her husband. Together, they are raising about 75 acres of field crops, and two lovely daughters. Diana spent the seven years prior to joining DBOT working at a farm equipment dealership in Wellington County, and the four years before that in the banking industry. She is responsible for managing DBOT’s operations and community relations, ensuring that the needs of our members and the greater Dufferin business community are well served.

  Nick Lumia is the Communications and Policy Analyst at the Dufferin Board of Trade. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the Ted Rogers School of Management at Ryerson University with a major in Global Management Studies and minor in Law.

Before coming to DBOT, Nick worked as a Research Assistant on the Orangeville Cultural Plan.

In 2014 Nick joined the Dufferin Board of Trade team as a summer student in the position of Data Analyst and has remained with the Board of Trade ever since. In his time as part of the Baker House team, Nick also had the opportunity to work with Headwaters Tourism for a portion of the 2015 summer. The summer was abuzz with PanAm fever which provided Nick with the invaluable opportunity to learn about the tourism industry. In the spring of 2016 upon graduating, Nick began his new role at DBOT. He is responsible for DBOT advocacy position statements, media relations regarding policy, administration of the Dufferin Board of Trade website, and publication of the Business in the County newsletter.

Stephany St.Louis is the Bookkeeper for the Dufferin Board of Trade.  She owns her own business management company that helps businesses with their financials, human resources and making sure they are using their resources optimally.

Some of Stephany’s clients include veterinary practices, sheep farms, horse farms and Headwaters Tourism where she manages the Leading With The Best partnership program and is their bookkeeper as well.  The diversity of Stephany’s clients makes her a great asset for DBOT.

Before starting her own company, Stephany managed a horse hospital in Caledon for eight years.  Stephany grew up in Caledon and lives in Orangeville with her partner and 2 children.

Lisa Thompson is the Membership Coordinator at the Dufferin Board of Trade. She holds a diploma in Travel and Tourism from Humber College. Lisa joined DBOT in early 2018 after many years of experience in the Travel Industry in both the retail and wholesale sectors.

Lisa lives in the Hills of Mulmur with her husband, two boys, and their dog Rusty. In her spare time she enjoys volunteering in the school, spending time with her children, and baking.

Lisa is happy to be part of the DBOT family and enjoys meeting all of the amazing members and businesses in Dufferin County.
