As a person of colour in a field that still has ways to go when it comes to diversity, he brings a fresh perspective to leadership training. When asked about sharing a success story, he spoke of one client, who was struggling both personally and professionally. He made huge improvements in just four months, as he went from feeling unsure in his role to being asked to define his new, higher position. Some of the biggest lessons Chohan says to have learned in his journey as an entrepreneur are to practice frequently in order get good fast, get good at imposter syndrome as it is an indication that you are moving towards growth, and learn to say no to opportunities that don’t align with your goals.
Looking into the future, Chohan plans on expanding the reach of Conquer Leadership. He is branching out into emergency services, tech companies, and real estate firms in addition to his ongoing work with government and healthcare groups. In recent years, he has also started a podcast called ConquerCast.
As Conquer Leadership continues to grow, Chohan is still focused on his main objective of helping clients achieve their full potential and create the leaders of tomorrow in a world where the definition of leadership is always changing.
