Christine Walker is a culinary and hospitality professional with more than 30 years of experience in leadership, education, business and community engagement. She has lived in Mono for more than five years and, with her husband, owns Two Chefs in the Hills, a local catering and consulting business focused on supporting local producers and showcasing the best of the community.
Christine has served as Chair of Mono’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee and on the Leadership Council for Headwaters Communities in Action. Her career includes senior leadership roles where she has led teams, managed complex operations, large budgets, and built strong community and stakeholder relationships.
Christine is seeking municipal office because she cares about Mono and wants to bring her collaborative leadership, practical experience and commitment to community to help build a strong, inclusive and sustainable future for the residents of Mono.
