9Round Fitness is a fun, fast and motivating way to exercise. We are a unique fitness circuit designed to encompass a full-body workout in under 30 minutes. There are no set times or classes, so coming at any time is encouraged. Our workout has 9 high energy and uniquely different stations, where different muscle groups are highlighted in each station to obtain a full-body workout. Changing stations every 3 minutes certainly makes the workout unique and a great way to stay engaged and motivated.
