The Dufferin Board of Trade is pleased to share the results of our 2026 Dufferin Business Survey.
Each year, this survey provides valuable insight into the opportunities, challenges, and priorities facing businesses across Dufferin County. The information gathered helps guide our advocacy efforts and ensures that the concerns of local businesses are represented at the municipal, provincial, and federal levels.
This year’s survey received 99 responses from businesses representing a wide range of industries, organization sizes, and municipalities throughout the region. The results reveal growing optimism for 2026, with business growth, customer engagement, and market expansion identified as key priorities. At the same time, respondents highlighted concerns around economic uncertainty, inflation, and declining consumer confidence.
